A renewal retreat is designed to immerse you in an intensive exploration of Self. You are guided through a deep soul-searching journey to determine what you really want and need to be the happy, fulfilled, loved and loving woman ot man you are meant to be. This is your chance to bring more balance, health, happiness and magic into your life.

 

Are you bouncing back from a crisis, or facing a major transition such as retirement? Are you dealing with health issues, career choices, family challenges, an empty nest, caregiving, weathering the loss of a loved one, or confronting sabotaging habits and behaviors? Whatever it is, I can help you navigate your personal challenges. I will give you the coaching and mentoring you need to gain the clarity to choose what you really want, and what you need to change to restore your well being on all levels.

 

It's definitely not all work and no play! In addition to our powerful work together in your coaching sessions, you'll have plenty of leisure time to relax and enjoy yourself, and take advantage of all the award-winning amenities at the spa. You can go swimming, hang out in the hot tub or unwind in the steam room. Or, you can just kick back and do some self-reflecting, planning or journaling. The Oaks provides 15 daily fitness classes, yoga, spa amenities, nature walks and incredible health-oriented cuisine.

As you immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Ojai, you will experience the bliss of reconnecting with nature. You can explore the sacred sites, and natural wonders at some of Ojai's most mystical locations off the beaten path. If you like, you can take a Sacred Sites Tour, or you can create your own Ojai adventure.

 

You will absolutely love the local culture. Ojai is an eclectic blend of village and rural neighborhoods, artist and a wellness community in beautiful natural surroundings. You can choose s private spa retreat just for you, or you can invite your spouse, life partner, family members, business associates, or members of your group or organization. A Revival Spa Retreat is limited to a maximum of 8 participants in order to give everyone a private coaching experience. My coaching fee is $100 per person per hour for one , and an additional $50 per hour for one guest, and $25 per hour for each additional guest.

The Oaks Spa offers a 10% discount for a minimum for a two night stay. The nightly rate is all inclusive and includes meals, snacks and classes. There is a substantial discount if you share a room with another person.
